Coffee Protein Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup chilled coffee
1 banana
1 Cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
1 Cup of ice cubes
2 Scoops of WheySmooth or Pre/Post Unflavored Protein Powder
*Optional 1 teaspoon honey/agave nectar
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in blender and blend. Enjoy!
